Job Summary
Conduct proactive needs-based sales conversations through teller interactions, appointment setting, and service-to-sales engagements. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of retail banking products to deliver loan products accurately, process deposits and withdrawals with confidentiality, and educate customers on transaction management tools. Identify opportunities to enhance relationships by addressing unique customer priorities and make referrals to cross-sell banking services. Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies while supporting financial wellness goals. This full-time, non-remote role requires a criminal background and credit check pass.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous banking, cash handling, or retail experience
- Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check
