Job Summary
Conduct proactive needs-based sales conversations through teller interactions, appointment setting, and service-to-sales engagements. Deliver loan products and process deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions with accuracy while educating customers on banking technology and tools. Identify opportunities to enhance existing relationships and cross-sell products, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of retail banking products to solve customer problems and cultivate new accounts. This full-time, non-remote position requires a background in banking or cash handling and includes a criminal background and credit check.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous banking, cash handling, or retail experience
- Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check
