Responsibilities include sales calls and business development activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (BSA/AML, KYC, OFAC, Reg CC, Reg E), maintaining cash controls and audit-ready records, and participating in team and community initiatives. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of cash-handling and customer-service experience required
- Working knowledge of deposit products, digital tools, and basic banking services
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with banking systems, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office
