Universal Banker I at Nicolet National Bank delivers teller services and proactive customer advisory across in-person, phone, and digital channels; identifies customer needs and refers opportunities to Personal Bankers or lending specialists; processes deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions; educates customers on digital tools; supports branch sales and referrals; ensures compliance with security, BSA/AML, KYC, OFAC, Reg CC, Reg E; maintains operational accuracy and participates in community engagement.
Required Qualifications
