Universal Banker I (Teller)

Universal Banker I at Nicolet National Bank drives new customer acquisition and deepens existing relationships while delivering teller-level transactions and education on digital tools. Responsibilities include providing efficient teller services (deposits, withdrawals, transfers), handling cash with accuracy, identifying customer needs, and referring opportunities to Personal Bankers or lending specialists for deposits, consumer loans, home equity loans/lines, and credit cards. The role supports branch sales and referral goals, maintains compliance with BSA/AML, KYC, OFAC, Reg CC, and Reg E, protects customer data, and participates in community engagement. Strong emphasis on customer service, needs-based conversations, and operating across in-person, phone, and digital channels; familiarity with banking systems and digital platforms, plus ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
