Job Summary
Deliver exceptional member service by processing daily banking transactions and opening/service of deposit accounts (checking, savings, money market, CDs, IRAs). Originate consumer loans (personal, auto, home equity, credit card) and deepen member relationships through personalized financial conversations while guiding digital banking adoption. Collaborate with branch partners to provide holistic financial solutions, support branch sales initiatives, and participate in community events. Stay current on products, technology, and industry trends to better support members. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of banking or customer-facing sales experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn banking/digital platforms; and flexible scheduling including Saturdays. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, familiarity with credit unions/retail banking, NMLS registration or willingness to obtain, and a track record of meeting referral or sales goals.
Required Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in banking, financial services, teller operations, or customer-facing sales
- Strong multitasking and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn banking and digital platforms
- Flexible schedule availability, including Saturdays and extended weekday hours
