Job Summary
Serves customers quickly, accurately, and confidentially as a full-service single point of contact for financial needs. Processes transactions for savings, checking, and loan accounts while opening new deposit accounts, handling stop payments, and managing wire transfers. Expands customer relationships through referrals and self-service enrollment, resolving complaints with courtesy and directing complex issues appropriately. Balances transactions daily, maintains a neat work area, and ensures compliance with banking regulations including Regulation CC and the Bank Secrecy Act. Requires one year of teller experience, six months in customer relationship building, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Located in Pilot Point, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Sales experience
- Customer service experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to lift, up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations, and identify customers
- Must be able to travel to come to meetings or training as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous banking experience
- One year of teller or cash handling experience
- Six months customer relationship building or sales experience
- Demonstrated expertise in the Teller II and basic FSR job functions
