Universal Banker I

Provide welcoming service across in-person, phone, and digital channels while accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashier's checks. Engage customers in needs-based conversations to identify financial goals, educate them on digital tools, and refer opportunities for new accounts, consumer loans, home equity products, and credit cards to Personal Bankers. Resolve routine transaction discrepancies and fee inquiries within authority, escalating complex matters as needed. Adhere to strict compliance standards including BSA/AML, KYC, and fraud-prevention protocols while maintaining audit-ready accuracy. Contribute to branch performance through internal and external sales calls, daily huddles, and community outreach efforts.
