Job Summary
Build and strengthen customer relationships as Universal Banker I in New Orleans by delivering excellent service and recommending bank products and services. Responsible for processing relationship banker transactions, educating customers on ITM usage and digital banking, and cross-selling loans, deposits, and cash-management solutions. Maintain accurate ITM and cash recycler balances; open and service deposit accounts; process wire transfers, ACH, and loan paperwork; provide guidance on emerging banking technology; participate in marketing and community activities; adhere to regulatory requirements (BSA, Privacy Act, Regulation E) and complete compliance training. Requires familiarity with NMLS and cross-functional collaboration with Mortgage Center and Wealth Management, plus the ability to work outside standard hours and handle multiple tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR two (2) or more years’ experience in a similar or professional work environment
- Six (6) months cash handling experience
- General computer and typing experience with Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work outside of regular business hours, as deemed necessary
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
