Job Summary
Provide customer service in Banking Centers and drive needs-based sales while utilizing the bank’s sales and referral models. Responsibilities include opening, modifying, and closing accounts, extensive data entry, aiding customers with account-related needs, training customers to use bank products, handling wire transfers and direct deposits, and supporting teller and safe deposit operations. Also perform Notary Public duties, manage cash-related tasks (ATM/ITM, vault, currency handling), and comply with banking regulations; require ability to work flexible hours and potentially travel for training.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or GED certification
- Minimum of two years of work experience in a financial institution or related field
- Formal training may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for required work experience
- Prior sales experience
- Notary Certification or ability to obtain within three months of appointment
