Job Summary
BankPlus Universal Banker I role in Geneva, AL focusing on building and strengthening customer relationships by delivering excellent service, evaluating customer needs, and recommending bank products. Responsibilities include processing relationship banker transactions (including official checks, collections, ITM handling), guiding customers on ITM use, balancing ITM/cash recyclers, opening accounts, educating customers on digital banking, cross-selling products, utilizing DecisionPro with NMLS, ensuring accurate loan applications, processing wire/stop/ACH, assisting safe deposit access, supporting marketing and community outreach, and staying knowledgeable on BSA, privacy, fair lending, and Regulation E requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR two (2) or more years’ experience in a similar or professional work environment
- Six (6) months cash handling experience
- General computer and typing experience with Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work outside of regular business hours, as deemed necessary.
