Job Summary
Universal Banker I - Floater provides customer service and needs-based sales in Banking Centers, develops customer relationships through product knowledge and CNAs, inputs and modifies data in computer systems, handles account openings, modifications, and closings, assists with transfers and loan applications, supports safe deposit operations, balance ATM/ITM and vault cash, notary services, and training customers on bank products; role requires after-hours availability and occasional overnight travel for training, with emphasis on accuracy, adherence to policies, and customer-focused problem solving.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or possess a GED certification
- Minimum of at least two years of work experience in a financial institution or similar work experience
- Prior sales experience
- Notary Certification within three months of appointment
