Job Summary
Universal Banker I combines teller and financial service representative duties in a branch, handling transactions, opening deposits and accounts, resolving customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships. Responsibilities include processing transactions for savings/checking/loan accounts, guiding and training tellers if needed, opening new deposit accounts, handling stop payments and wire transfers, and promoting additional banking services while ensuring compliance with regulations and branch procedures. Requires cash handling, customer service, product knowledge, and effective communication to deliver excellent service and support branch goals.
