Job Summary

Universal Banker I provides exceptional customer service while handling teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers) and ordering checks/debit cards. The role includes cross-training in Branch Operations and Customer Service, assisting clients with Online Banking across devices, and partnering with the Branch sales team to meet deposit, market growth, and fee-income goals while managing risk and maintaining policy compliance. Key duties include processing transactions accurately and timely, promoting additional products/services based on customer profiles, handling customer inquiries and complaints, staying current with banking regulations, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail with cash handling, and comfort with technology; training in regulatory requirements (BAI) and adherence to bank policies is expected.

Required Qualifications
