Universal Banker I

Universal Banker I provides exceptional customer service while handling teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, check cashing) and ordering checks and debit cards; will begin cross-training in Branch Operations and Customer Service; assists clients with Online Banking using a variety of devices; works with operations and the Branch sales team to achieve branch goals in deposit growth, market growth and fee income while controlling losses and expenses; maintains essential controls and safeguards; performs other duties as assigned; requires accuracy in cash handling, strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfort with technology, and adherence to banking regulations (BSA/AML/OFAC, USA Patriot Act) with training (BAI).
