Universal Banker I

Process routine transactions including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, and handling loan payments while maintaining accurate cash drawer balances. Validate checks, prepare cashier's checks and cash advances, and operate the Teller Cash Recycler if assigned. Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts, resolve account issues, and open new accounts by gathering customer information. Proactively prospect for new business, refer customers to appropriate specialists for loans and other services, and ensure compliance with all internal controls and policies. Complete required monthly and quarterly training and develop product knowledge through independent study and professional courses.
