Job Summary
As a Universal Banker I in the Personal and Business Banking team, you will proactively engage with clients to understand personal and business priorities and advise on solutions, leveraging mobile and online banking to support clients’ financial success. You’ll meet clients in a fast-paced Banking Centre,Build relationships through outreach and community involvement, and help clients manage cash, credit, investments and wealth protection strategies. The role requires on-site work with flexible banking centre hours (including evenings and weekends) and ability to travel to multiple centres within a reasonable distance; a 1-year track record of client-facing sales and a Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada) is preferred. The successful candidate will value clients, demonstrate curiosity, learn continuously, and uphold a culture of trust, teamwork and accountability. Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results
- Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada) or equivalent accreditation
- current accreditation and good standing in Mutual Funds License
- ability to work on-site at Milton, ON banking centre and travel to multiple banking centres within reasonable distance
- legally eligible to work in Canada at specified location(s) and applicable work permit if required
- availability to work banking centre hours including evenings and weekends
