Job Summary
Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing requests, credit card advances, and money orders while serving as a new account representative and teller interchangeably. Open various depository account products, update existing deposit accounts, and complete documents for special requests such as direct deposit, wire transfers, and stop payments. Review work through the branch capture machine to include corrections and assist lenders by pulling credit bureau checks, flood determinations, and OFAC/Combined reports from Horizon to create customer profiles. Maintain knowledge of Community First Bank's products, daily branch operations, and compliance issues. Good credit is a must; credit report required for employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous teller and cash handling experience
- Previous new account opening experience
- Knowledge of Community First Bank's products, services and policies
- Knowledge of daily branch, vault and ATM operations
- Maintain knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues as appropriate
- Good credit
- Credit report
