Job Summary
Conduct customer relationship management by promoting bank products through needs identification and maximizing profitable relationships. Perform multiple duties including answering customer queries, assisting with account openings and maintenance, and balancing ATM cash. Execute teller functions such as verifying cash from the Federal Reserve, conducting monthly audits of teller cash and ATM limits, and completing daily reporting. Provide on-the-job training to the teller team regarding data entry, discrepancies, and special transactions. Complete required compliance courses and utilize bank software effectively to cross-sell services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use bank's computer software effectively and efficiently
- Ability to operate on-line teller terminal and applicable software
- Ability to uphold confidentiality
- Ability to follow direction and/or instruction and work under established guidelines
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and priorities during a business day
- Reliable

Desired Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of proven teller or high-volume money handling experience
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Interpersonal skills to represent the Bank in a positive manner with customers and peers
- Professional in appearance and in verbal and nonverbal communication
