Universal Banker I

Universal Banker I at Baker Boyer combines Teller and Personal Banker duties to deliver exemplary client service in the branch. Responsibilities include paying and receiving transactions, opening accounts, identifying client needs, proactively recommending products and services, maintaining accurate balancing records, guiding clients on debit cards, mobile banking, and online banking features, advising on deposit accounts, conducting deposits and transfers, and expanding client relationships through proactive outreach. The role requires strong client service, teamwork, the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, proficiency with banking software and the Microsoft Office Suite, and fluency in English. Travel to other Baker Boyer branches is required as needed. Education and experience typically include a high school diploma or equivalent and/or two to three years related banking experience.
