Job Summary
Responsible for serving as a consultant to customers by conducting customer financial profiles, identifying customer needs, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities. Seek to attract, expand, and retain customer relationships and contribute to the financial growth of the banking center. Serve as both a Teller and Personal Banker to support customer and team needs. Open new accounts, service existing accounts, achieve sales/service goals, and provide backup support to other branches. Perform teller duties, balance daily cash, and handle complex transactions. Provide onboarding for new clients and mentor colleagues. Maintain knowledge of banking products and promotions and educate customers on offerings. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience required
- Cash handling or sales experience preferred
