Universal Banker I

Process all sales, servicing, banking transactions, and operational tasks including account openings, debit card issuance, deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing. Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with existing and prospective members by identifying their financial needs and recommending appropriate solutions across wealth management, real estate, and commercial lending. Resolve member issues efficiently while adhering to security, compliance policies, and regulations such as BSA and OFAC. Assist with branch operational tasks like cash settlements and ATM management. Achieve assigned member service and sales goals within a fluctuating schedule from Monday through Saturday.
