Process commercial and consumer deposits and withdrawals, accept loan payments, and cash checks within approved limits. Balance cash transactions accurately and assist clients with account openings, closures, and maintenance. Provide advice, identify customer needs, and refer appropriate banking products while building strong relationships. Ensure compliance with all policies, Bank Secrecy Act, and Anti-Money Laundering requirements by reporting suspicious activity promptly. Participate in required training to support branch operations and goals.
