Job Summary
Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough handling of monies. Deliver superior service by engaging clients, conducting complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering financial needs. Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking) to enhance their experience. Support the sales process through outbound client outreach, checking offers, and identifying needs to refer to branch teammates or specialists. Participate in Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions, and contribute to branch leadership routines and ongoing training. Adhere to internal controls and policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution. Willingness to travel as needed to accommodate temporary staffing and to support weekend/extended hours as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and possibly extend hours or weekends
