Job Summary
Build strong relationships with customers and families by listening to their needs and recommending practical banking solutions. Greet clients, operate and balance the teller drawer daily, and process transactions with accuracy while complying with all regulations. Answer complex inquiries regarding interest rates and account histories, open deposit accounts, and identify referral opportunities for additional services. Collaborate with teammates, promote Salesforce and LSB360 usage, and serve as a resource for training. Travel between branches as needed to assist with branch operations. Maintain high standards of accuracy, operational integrity, and professional appearance while representing Lincoln Savings Bank in community events.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Customer Service
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to obtain Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- High degree of accuracy
- Occasionally lift and/or move items over 10 pounds without reasonable accommodation
- Proven track record of referring clients to all business lines while meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgement in decision-making and higher-level problem-solving
- Highly effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license
