Job Summary
Open and close customer accounts, maintain account records, and perform basic teller functions like processing deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks. Profile customers for sales opportunities, build relationships, and follow up via phone or email to drive cross-selling. Utilize sales software to execute campaigns and ensure operational accuracy for compliance tasks including BSA/Fraud, CTRs, and signature cards. Maintain flexibility to work branch hours Monday through Saturday and rotate as needed across multiple locations. Meet NMLS licensing requirements and complete annual training while delivering high customer service ratings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- one year of related experience (banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales, office, etc.)
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming role
- meet Bank training requirements
- Must work onsite to perform responsibilities of this position
- Branch hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm and Saturday, 8am-1pm
- ability to travel and work onsite at multiple branch locations within assigned market area

Desired Qualifications
