Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in banking or financial services preferred
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude
- Ability to cross-train in CSR and Head Teller roles
- Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and compliance
