Job Summary
Conduct daily branch operations as a Teller while educating customers on Consumer and Business Banking solutions and digital capabilities. Hold appointments and walk-ins to identify needs, refer complex cases, and explain loan application criteria. Proactively reach out to drive retention and expansion, manage lobby interactions, and resolve overdrafts or complaints. Assist with AML, BSA, and KYC processes, escalate fraud cases, and accurately log all transactions and interactions. Travel between branches as needed to support staff and complete assigned operational duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year's proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience
- Ability to easily travel between branches on an as needed basis
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with varying customers (consumer to small business)
- Ability to effectively handle difficult customer conversations
- Well-organized
- Proven time management skills
- Proven prioritization skills
- Ability to work under critical time constraints in a team environment
- Proficiency with internet user-level technology
- Responsibility for meeting and maintaining registration requirements under the Federal SAFE Act
