Job Summary
Provide quality, accurate, and timely customer service in a retail banking environment, handling daily financial transactions and opening accounts. Performs teller and platform duties to minimize wait times, opening checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and money markets; identify client needs and cross-sell bank products; conduct outbound calls for campaigns; assist with loan applications and hand off processing as appropriate. Maintain client experience by resolving inquiries, attending training, and staying compliant with bank regulations. Collaborate with banking center management and partners to meet sales and referral goals while contributing to daily operations and risk controls.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 1 year of Teller experience preferred
