Job Summary
Provide quality customer service in a retail banking environment with duties including processing daily financial transactions, opening and processing accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, money market), and outbound sales to meet banking center goals. Acts as teller and platform support to minimize client wait times, identifies client needs through consultative conversations, cross-sells and referrals, assists with loan applications (handoff as needed), resolves client inquiries, and participates in training to stay current on products, services, and regulatory requirements; maintain compliance with bank policies and risk controls; contribute to daily operations and on-the-job training of new associates.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of Teller experience preferred
- Background/credit check required
- Compliance with SAFEMortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations
- DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment required
