Job Summary
Provide teller and platform support to process deposits, handle currency and cash checks, and open checking/savings/IRA/CD/money market accounts in a retail banking setting. Identify client needs through consultative discussions, cross-sell bank products, conduct outbound client/prospect calls during campaigns, assist with loan applications and hand off processing as needed, and ensure compliance with bank regulations. Participate in ongoing training and assessments (e.g., DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment) and contribute to achieving center goals through excellent client experiences and timely issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of Teller experience preferred
