Job Summary
Provide teller and platform support to deliver quality customer service in a retail banking environment. Open and process accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, money market), handle deposits and currency, cross-sell bank products, make outbound calls for campaigns, assist with loan applications, and support banking center management. Maintain regulatory compliance and participate in training to stay informed on product knowledge and procedures. Role requires on-site presence in Franklin, TN with standard banking hours and involvement in sales goals and client referrals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 year of experience as a Teller preferred
- Background credit check
- S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act compliance
- DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment completion prior to evaluation
