Job Summary
Float Universal Bankers will travel to multiple branches within the designated coverage area, delivering a distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and handling both complex and standardized transactions. The role educates clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking), supports sales and service activities, participates in leadership routines, completes training, adheres to internal controls and policies, and serves as a point of contact for account maintenance and issue resolution. The position is assigned to a home branch but will support multiple branches; schedule may change based on staffing needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven and consistent proficiency in teller or cash handling or client service skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
- Ability to use office equipment and perform basic mathematical functions
- Willing and able to follow written and verbal instructions and work under established guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and provide team support
- Availability to work Saturdays and/or extended hours
