Job Summary
Provide teller and platform support to deliver quality customer service in a retail banking environment. Open and process checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts; assist with loan applications and hand off processing to appropriate associates. Identify client needs through consultative conversations, cross-sell bank products, make referrals to bank partners, and conduct outbound calls during campaigns to meet banking center sales and referral goals. Maintain operational efficiency and compliance with bank policies, stay informed of product knowledge, and deliver exceptional client experiences by resolving inquiries and issues promptly. Collaborate with banking center management on training and daily operations, including audit controls and risk management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of Teller experience preferred
- Background credit check
- Compliance with SAFÉ Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008
- DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment (must complete)
- Assessment results required prior to evaluation by Talent Acquisition
