Job Summary
Operate teller windows, process transactions, and maintain vaults while adhering to strict banking regulations and compliance protocols. Manage customer accounts, cross-sell products, and handle escalated inquiries or complaints as needed. Supervise staff, approve transactions, and oversee branch operations including opening, closing, and security protocols. Monitor performance metrics, complete reporting, and lead team training initiatives to drive branch success. May float to other branches as required. This role supports the core retail banking function of First Federal Lakewood, requiring flexibility for weekend hours and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 Years of banking experience
- Experience handling cash
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word]
- Driver's license
- 2-4 Years of banking experience
- Experience handling cash
- Strong understanding of banking laws and regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
