Execute check cashing, sell money orders, and handle vault cash under dual control while ensuring all differences are balanced and reported. Open new accounts, maintain existing relationships, and make outbound sales calls to meet daily referral goals. Assist staff on sales techniques, coach tellers on product knowledge, and resolve client issues using sound judgment. Maintain a professional work environment, adhere to strict security and compliance protocols, and complete all mandatory training.
