Job Summary
Universal Banker I–III at Northrim Bank in the Fairbanks Financial Center provides teller-style services with a focus on customer experience, deposits, withdrawals, account management, and loan payments while advising customers on products and services. You’ll greet customers, solve problems, build relationships, and help customers meet financial goals; UB III may mentor teammates and step in for management when needed. Requires cash-handling or retail/hospitality experience for UB I/II and banking experience for UB III. Key skills include strong communication, detail orientation, and tech proficiency with MS Office and banking software.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality for UB I
- 1+ year in banking OR 2+ years in customer service/cash-handling for UB II
- 3+ years of banking experience for UB III
- Leadership and mentoring experience preferred (for UB III)
