Job Summary
Provide high-quality service on a wide variety of general financial services, including cash handling, financial transactions, account maintenance, and opening new accounts. Operate an ITM, support the Member Contact Center, and maintain confidentiality regarding member account information. Meet or exceed referral and sales goals by listening for clues, asking open-ended questions, and assisting with product promotions. Assist in outbound call efforts by reviewing and calling on prospect lists, and perform additional retail functions such as drawer audits and vault duties. Comply with Check Cashing, Cash Control, and Transaction Approval Limits policies including Reg CC, SAR, CTR, and BSA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- Ability to lift to 15 pounds at times due to coin bags and boxes of rolled coin
- Minimum six months of retail sales and/or cash handling experience or equivalent experience within a financial institution or related field

- Six months of retail sales and/or cash handling experience or equivalent experience within a financial institution or related field preferred
