Universal Banker

Universal Banker position responsible for acquiring, expanding, and enriching member relationships by assisting and educating members in opening and managing accounts, cross-selling products/services, handling deposits/withdrawals, and providing notarial services. Role includes educating members on features/benefits, maintaining a sales pipeline, referring to specialists, assisting with fraud/document issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Notable duties include providing notarial services, supporting community events, traveling as needed to assist teams, and meeting sales goals. Requires High School diploma (some college preferred), 1 year of member service/retail banking experience preferred, cash handling experience preferred, knowledge of banking regulations preferred, ability to work in fast-paced environment, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. Mortgage Loan Originator requirements (NMLS) and notary license are required upon hire; bondable. Compensation ranges from $22.25 to $23.50 per hour plus incentives and bonus, with benefits including 401(k) match, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, HSA with company contribution, Paid Vacation/Sick/Volidays, and Tuition Reimbursement.
