Universal Banker - Emmaus Branch

Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling of all monies. Deliver superior service by engaging clients, identifying their financial needs, and educating them on digital solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking) to enhance the experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound client outreach and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) initiatives. Contribute to the branch team by participating in leadership routines, attending training, adhering to internal controls, and assisting with new account openings and issue resolution as workload requires. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multi-task, and willingness to travel or work weekends as needed to support branch staffing and client needs.
