Job Summary
Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thoroughly handling all monies. Deliver superior service by engaging clients with courteous conversation, conducting complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering needs. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities; educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking); participate in client outreach to identify opportunities and refer to branch colleagues; maintain adherence to internal controls and policies; serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution; contribute to training and ongoing product knowledge to better serve consumer and business clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to master PC and branch automation software
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and may include weekends/extended hours
