Universal Banker - Cool Springs

Conduct comprehensive, prompt, and efficient client transactions by receiving checks and cash for deposits, verifying amounts, examining checks for proper endorsement, and entering deposits into the core system. Greet all clients immediately upon entry to develop strong banking relationships, consistently delivering the Republic Experience while balancing the cash drawer daily. Perform SSR transaction overrides, make hold decisions, process mortgage and consumer loan payments, handle outgoing wire transfers, and manage withdrawals and night drop deposits. Utilize consultative sales to engage existing and potential clients for additional deposits and loans, cross-selling products to ensure solid relationships and identify opportunities for expanded lines of business. Open and close all types of deposit accounts, monitor new account activity for proper on-boarding, and actively call client lists to retain accounts and sell additional products. Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements and adhere to bank policies while performing all other duties as assigned.
