Job Summary
Provide high quality customer service in banking transactions (demand deposits, savings, check cashing, ATM servicing), balance daily totals, and open deposit accounts. Cross-sell bank products, refer services via the CRM system, and participate in the Retail Incentive Program and related training. Assist customers with Electronic Banking and Mobile Banking issues, attend trainings, balance transactions, and support other tellers as needed. Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills while handling routine financial duties and community engagement; capable of lifting up to 20 lbs and standing most of the shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel to another branch if necessary
- Excellent decision-making and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and automated underwriting systems
- Ability to balance daily transactions and handle cash accurately
