Job Summary
Provide timely and efficient execution of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies; deliver superior service by engaging clients, identifying financial needs, and guiding them through complex and standardized transactions. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) initiatives; educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking); participate in the sales process by outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities, and refer to branch team members or specialists as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and include temporary assignment or locale changes
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included
