Job Summary
Provide exemplary customer service by resolving challenges, processing transactions, and opening new personal and business accounts. Educate clients on deposit and lending products while driving sales through a disciplined process and current banking technology. Build strong partnerships by obtaining referrals from customers, colleagues, and partners to deepen relationships. Adhere strictly to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies, including the Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act, by completing required reports and flagging violations. Demonstrate good judgment in sales, relationship management, and communication while meeting productivity standards and maintaining flexibility for changing schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- NMLS
- Ability to work in an office environment which may include many hours of computer and telephone usage
- This position is not remote-eligible
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) months cash handling experience preferred
- One (1) year of customer service in banking, financial services or goal-drive retail sales preferred
- Successful completion of ChoiceOne's Retail Advancement Program (RAP)
