Job Summary
Promote products and services by understanding customer financial goals and providing consultative advice for account openings, maintenance, and loan applications. Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments while resolving discrepancies and balancing cash drawers. Handle inbound and outbound calls to build relationships, identify product opportunities, and solve issues proactively. Support digital banking adoption by guiding customers through online and mobile solutions. Connect clients with experienced banking partners to ensure comprehensive financial needs are met. Meet quarterly banker minimum standards and participate in sales, service, and product training. Adhere to federal banking regulations including BSA, USA Patriot Act, and AML requirements. Maintain awareness of compliance policies and risk management concepts. Work independently with flexibility for weekends and evenings as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Willing and able to travel to other locations/branches
- Willing and able to work required overtime
- This position is hourly and full time
- Generally, the position will require 40 hours per week
- Evenings and weekends may be required as necessary
- Ability to lift files
- Ability to open filing cabinets
- Ability to bend or stand on a stool as necessary
- Regularly required to talk
- Regularly required to hear
