Job Summary
Front-line client ambassador responsible for a remarkable banking experience. Cross-trained to perform teller-level duties, educate clients on bank products and services, assist with account openings and maintenance, and ensure accurate record-keeping and cash handling. Responsibilities include processing transactions, balancing cash, complying with BSA/AML/OFAC guidelines, and proactively pursuing sales opportunities through consultative engagement. Requires ability to work in-person at an Indianapolis branch, with availability to work evenings, some weekends, and travel to other branches as needed. Education as a high school diploma or equivalent; banking experience is a plus, and six months of customer service/cash handling experience is desirable.
