Universal Banker

Provide the highest levels of quality service to clients by performing basic teller transactions such as accepting deposits, verifying cash, and issuing money orders. Establish rapport with clients to identify their needs, recommend value-added products, and resolve complaints efficiently. Count drawers daily, balance cash machines and ATMs, and comply with BSA/AML regulations while reporting suspicious activity. Actively participate in the servant sales process, perform client onboarding, and conduct outbound follow-up calls to achieve branch goals. Mentor new associates and represent Centier professionally through community involvement. Available to work evenings, weekends, and at other branches as needed.
