Job Summary
Process teller and account transactions accurately while building relationships, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues. Assist customers with opening consumer and business deposit accounts, enrolling in digital banking services, and utilizing technology solutions. Identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products and refer clients to specialized banking partners when appropriate. Support neighboring branch locations as needed to make a positive impact throughout the communities we serve. Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing personalized financial solutions and demonstrating strong communication and active listening skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Less than 1 year of previously related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in customer service
- Well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in relationship building
- Well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in strong communication
