Job Summary
Provide customer-focused branch banking services including Teller duties, sales and service for Consumer and Business Banking customers. Educate customers on banking solutions, assess needs, make product recommendations, facilitate digital capabilities adoption, and refer complex needs to appropriate partners. Manage customer appointments and walk-ins, handle inquiries, assist with loan application criteria, ensure AML/KYC compliance, resolve complaints, process transactions, and maintain adherence to regulatory and internal controls while contributing to customer retention and branch sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with varying customers
- Well-organized and able to work under time constraints
- Proficiency with internet user-level technology
